The Insights Discovery® system
Almost all our work is based on the Insights Discovery® psychometric performance profile, which is based on the work of Carl Jung. Developed as a result of thousands of hours of research and development by psychologists and academics, its accuracy has been validated in studies conducted by numerous institutions, including the universities of Dundee, Westminster and Leicester. Each person completes a simple questionnaire to create their individual Insights Discovery® psychometric performance profile.
