“In the fall of 2012, Mrs. Diane Lemieux of Dialem Performance was given the mandate to develop a training program on Customer Service for all our employees. The purpose of the training was to establish a standardized way of communicating with customers.
The training was given in nine 2-hour modules, spread over 4 months and conducted in our company for our in-house employees over Skype to our Quebec City branch employees.
